This Privacy Policy describes how Jiang Di ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in our products. Our Google Play developer name is JIANGDI. Our Apple App Store seller name is displayed as 笛 姜. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].
This policy applies to our products, including current and future applications and related services that we publish or operate. It covers released versions, versions submitted for review, and test versions. A product can have different names, identifiers, features, permissions, and service providers on different platforms. The processing that applies to you depends on the product, platform, version, and features you use. Product-specific processing is described below where applicable; describing a type of data or service in this policy does not mean that every product collects that data or uses that service.
Depending on the application and the features you use, information can include:
Device access does not always mean data is sent to us. For example, processing a selected image on your device differs from submitting it to a cloud-generation feature. A cloud or SDK service can process technical information even when your content stays on-device.
Selected or captured photos, clothing cutouts, labels, outfit compositions, and outfit-day plans are stored in the application's local data store. Background removal and image recognition process images on-device: Apple frameworks are used on iOS and Google ML Kit on Android. These editing features do not submit your photos to our inference servers. Android ML Kit can download models and send SDK metrics as described in Section 6. Purchase services and user-initiated exports or sharing are separate from photo processing. Device backup and transfer can copy application data according to your system settings.
Camera capture, filters, decorations, and photo layouts are processed on-device and saved locally or to your photo library when you request it. Face-effect processing uses Apple Vision on iOS and Google ML Kit on Android to locate faces and facial landmarks for alignment and visual effects. These landmarks are used during processing, are not kept as a separate facial identity profile, and are not submitted by these features to our servers or RevenueCat. Saved photos can still contain recognizable faces. ML Kit's technical metrics are separate from image content. See Section 4 for the different cloud portrait processing in WaveCam.
Pocket Month processes calendar pages, drawings, stickers, images, dates, and reminder settings. Progress processes ideas, progress notes, selected photos, voice notes, and reminder settings. Their iOS versions support iCloud-based storage or synchronization. The Android versions use application storage and Android system backup or device transfer; this is separate from an iCloud service. Audio is accessed when you use recording features, and notifications are used for reminders you enable. Exporting or sharing content sends it to the destination you choose.
